Today I went to this clinic for the first time. My appointment for botox injections was with Mary. Mary is great, I felt very comfortable. She explained everything in detail and I didn't feel any pain at all during the procedure. I had read amazing reviews about this clinic and I decided to try it after a really bad experience at a clinic in Newmarket. The girl at the front desk was super nice too. I am glad I tried this clinic and I will be coming back for sure. I highly recommend it.

Very friendly service and personalized to make me feel like my time there was all for me. Luda was amazing and gave me the space to enjoy and rest my body. The facial was relaxing and refreshing and I was happy with my skin reaction and results.

Went to the clinic on 31 May to get my side burns lasered. All seem well until the morning after, my side burns were on fire. When I looked in the mirror, my skin was burnt. I called the clinic and went back in to inquire about my skin. I was given a cream to be applied and was told by the girl that did the laser, " I'm NOT sure what happened there but will see you in 3 weeks". Went to another laser clinic for a second opinion and was told that the hair was burnt and had melted on to my skin. If you are a person of color , please ask questions and make sure that the tech is trained with brown and black skin. Thank you Alex Dinovich ( RN/ Owner) for your response. I'm happy you have excellent staff and anyone that gives your a 1 star, you seem to put the blame back on the customer. Thanks for the free cream to apply to my burnt skin.

I have been going to this place for a couple of years now. I always see Alex for my botox and fillers work. She is not only amazing at what she does, but extremely trustworthy in the sense that she does not try to push into you anything you do not need. I will recommend Bradford Skin Clinic to anybody that I know. They are amazing

I had a lymphatic drainage massage with Grace and I couldn’t believe the results. The massage was incredible and Grace is very talented , such a relaxing feeling but most importantly I couldn’t believe the way my skin feels and looks . I’ve booked another one next week . Something you just need to try . Thank you Grace , you’re awesome .

The clinic is staffed with professional and loving staff. I have seen Jess for hydrafacials many times, she is knowledgeable and explains the procedure step by step. And my skin felt great after. I have also seen Nurse Alex and Nurse Mary who are both very knowledgeable, professional and compassionate making the process for my medical procedures a pleasant experience. I’ve been going to this clinic for two years and have had various treatments done by Jess. 2 weeks ago I had the Hydrafacial done and the results were amazing. My skin felt so smooth when the treatment was done and two weeks later my skin is feeling like it did when I got it. I can’t wait for next month to get my next one done. Jess is very knowledgeable on this treatment (as well as all the other treatments) and I totally recommend her to do this for you.

I don’t usually write reviews but had to mention Alex my injecting nurse for her great (and may I add affordable) service. If it’s Botox or filler for my lips, she was always gentle and patient. I love that she is honest and will always stop me from making bad decisions in regards to my face! LoL! She is my go to girl and I always refer to her all of my friends from Bradford, Newmarket and Barrie.

I do lazer hair removal at this clinic and it works wonderfully! I have been to many lazer hair removal clinics and have not seen results the way I see them here.The hair is actually GONE, all of it, even in places where I ALWAYS grow it back. The machine also does not hurt the way many other machines do. Jessica is great, patient, and ensures you are not uncomfortable or in pain during the sessions. I 100% recommend if you wish to be hair free.

I am very happy that I walked into the skin clinic. My young daughter suffers from acne. The ladies where kind, informative and very helpful. Instead of trying to sell me something they where honest and help advise us on different things we could try. This is a place of quality. Doing the right thing because it’s the right thing to do. Mia is knowledgeable inspires confidence that I am good hands. I never feel like I'm being "up-sold" because she explains the products and services in a way that makes me comfortable and pleased with her suggestions. I had not visited for a number of years, and on my recent return I felt that results were noticeable on the first visit. Expensive. I had five laser sessions which were effective. The ladies are nice but never saw the owner again once she took the payment. One of my treatments seemed to be done by a trainee. Will not be returning.

I have been going to Bradford Skin Clinic for months now for laser hair removal. What a great group of people. The space is very clean and relaxing. The staff are very knowledgeable. I fully intend to take advantage of some of their other services because I trust their expertise. Update February 2020: I had a Fire and Ice facial today and my skin is SOOOO smooth and soft!

Very knowledgable and confident. Spent time listening to my history and need. This allowed for a customized treatment plan that I feel confident in and excited to see the results. Prices were reasonable. First enzyme peel today and already noticed improvements in my skin. Bought a home care line for daily use considering my skin needs and status, and purchased a package of peels to be scheduled at the clinic. THANK YOU!
